Return/Refund Policy

At Magnadent, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, unless a different timeframe is stated for specific items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • It must be in its original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable to protect product integrity and maintain hygienic standards. These include:

  • Products that show signs of installation or wear

  • Magnadent products used with non-Adec systems, or modified from intended use

  • Any item returned without original packaging or components

 

⚠️ Please verify compatibility before purchasing. Products used outside of recommended systems (e.g., non-Adec hangers or valves) may not be eligible for return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  • Contact us at info@mymagnadent.com or reply to your order confirmation message

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • The product name and quantity

    • Your reason for return

Once approved, we will issue a prepaid return label or provide a return shipping address.

4. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • A shipping and restocking fee of up to 20% will be applied.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns not covered by a prepaid label.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • Partial refunds may be granted for:

    • Items not in original condition

    • Items missing parts or accessories

6. Exchanges & Store Credit

We may offer an exchange or store credit in place of a refund, depending on product eligibility and customer preference.

To request an exchange, please contact our support team.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us as soon as possible

  • Include your order number and a photo of the issue

  • We will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund as appropriate
