1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:

Products that show signs of installation or use

Magnadent products used with non-A-dec systems or modified from their intended use

Items returned without original packaging or components
⚠️ Please verify compatibility before purchasing. Products used outside of recommended systems may not be eligible for return.
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact us via our Contact Us page or reply to your order confirmation. You will be asked to include a photo or video of the issue along with your order number.
4. Refund Fees
All refunds are subject to a 20% fee to cover shipping and handling. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund as appropriate.
