Return and refund policy

At Magnadent, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us through our Contact page and we will make it right.

This policy covers returns of unused items. If your product has a manufacturing defect, see our Warranty Policy instead.

Return eligibility

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• The item must be unused
• It must be in its original condition and packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

• Products that show signs of installation or use
• Magnadent products used with non-A-dec systems or modified from their intended use
• Items returned without original packaging or components

Please verify compatibility before purchasing. Products used outside of recommended systems may not be eligible for return.

How to request a return

Contact us at info@mymagnadent.com or through our Contact page. You will be asked to include your order number and the reason for the return.

Return fees

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of approval.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, do not start a standard return. This is covered under our Warranty Policy. Contact us with your order number and a photo or video of the issue, and we will provide a replacement at no cost.
