Magnadent warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of delivery.

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects
• Magnet failure or premature magnet wear
• Corrosion
• Structural defects in plastic components

What's not covered

• Damage caused by improper installation or over-tightening
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, abuse, or modification

How to claim

Email us at info@mymagnadent.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Include a photo or video showing the defect so we can process your claim quickly.

Resolution

Approved warranty claims are resolved with a replacement unit at no cost to you, including shipping. We do not offer refunds under this warranty.
