Magnadent warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of delivery.
 

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects

• Magnet failure or premature magnet wear

• Structural defects in plastic components
   

What's Not Covered

• Damage caused by improper installation or over-tightening

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage from misuse, abuse, or modification
   

How to Claim Contact us at info@mymagnadent.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo or video showing the defect.
 

Resolution Approved warranty claims are resolved with a replacement unit at no cost to you, including shipping. We do not offer refunds under this warranty.
